CareerWing, Inc. ("CareerWing," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website careerwing.ai and the CareerWing platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By using CareerWing, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (or your Google OAuth token if you sign in with Google).
Profile and career data. To personalize your experience we collect information you provide: your Career GPS Profile, assessment responses, target careers, job preferences, resume content, LinkedIn profile content, and coaching conversation history.
Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing information (last four digits, card type, billing country) but do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs.
Cookies and tracking technologies. We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. See Section 6 for details.
